Punching Children for Being Gay ~ Pastor Gives Special Dispensation

Fundamentalist Pastor Sean Harris recommends punching boys who "act gay" and forcing little girls to "smell good" and "dress up."  With his obvious fears of changing gender roles in American culture,  his recommendation of violence against children is incredibly scary stuff.  Has anyone called Child Protective Services on this guy?
